What in the Hillbilly Hell?!...
Well, this one was a doozie!
I'm not going to lie, I was hooked from page one.
Set in the hills of West Virginia lived a psychotic Hillbilly family, but this didn't go exactly as I imagined any other psycho, cannibalistic hillbilly story would have. This was a splendid tapestry woven with all the delicious twists and turns that keep you flipping the pages until the end.
As the story progressed, I was seeing it all play out and all the realizations started hitting like WAM! BAM! BOOM! What a freakin' emotional ride! Whoa.
And the ending...Son of a... I'm not going to give any spoilers, but GEEEZZZ LOUISE!
I loved reading this. I can't wait to read more from Ania Ahlborn.
