Although I did like this book than the first book of this trilogy, the plot was very predictable. When I was reading the first 100 pages I knew almost exactly how it would end. I loved Nikolai and that he actually has a personality, unlike Alina. Mal was a bit more annoying in this book. Overall it didn't suck but I would definitely not re-read this one.
