This reread hits the most different after SOTR. It really is a continuation of Haymitch's games and I have never felt sorrier for him, Johanna, Finnick, and Peeta. Suzanne and her world building has done it again! This book remains my favorite in the series and to see it in this new light was like reading a new book. Also petitioning we get Peeta's POV from the whole THG series next because he's about to go from the most reliable narrator to one of real or not real. I'm also frustrated once more Madge didn't make it into the films for all her character does in the books
Graphic: Child death, Death, Suicidal thoughts
Moderate: Vomit
