This issue isn't the best. While Norm's art is pretty vivid, and it presents a fun concept of two villains on the run, with Batman and Robin hot on their heels. The idea of the Dynamic Duo haunting the bad guys is an entertaining one, but unfortunately, never translates to a sense of urgency or danger for the heroes. This issue feels more filler than anything. But next up is KNIGHTFALL!!! Time to catch up on detective comics first.
