After getting into trouble in the school attic, Mandie and Celia are assigned to clean said attic. During this, they find an old trunk containing some very intriguing, but dangerous, papers from the past.

Loving how all these stories flow as one long story, picking to where another leads off. Much more suspense in this one, but also some resolutions and closure for major characters, with plenty of life lessons along the way
