Kulti by Mariana Zapata

4.0

Mariana Zapata is the queen of slow burn romances. This was another amazing book that builds up the relationship for the majority of the story. It was done in a way that keeps you invested in the book and not wanting it to end. I really liked the premise as I am a huge sucker for coach/player romances and I especially love when the athlete is our FMC.

Kulti was a perfect grumpy hero and Sal was sunshine and sweetness. When they finally got together at the end, the spice was perfect and had me wanting more.

I loved some of the side characters too, especially Papa Casillas and Franz. I wish we could have gotten more background on CeCi and had seen some resolution to the problems between the siblings that was brought up a few times throughout the book. But overall, I loved this story and this author.
