this was beautiful. it was atmospheric and visceral and kind of romantic but not in a cutesy way. in a dark poetic way. i love the concept of magic being hidden in plain sight and woven through fairytales and nursery rhymes. it was at times a little verbose and often fell victim to its white feminism.
