Henry Henry by Allen Bratton

2.75

Supposedly based on Shakespeare's Henry IV-Henry V plays, but that element doesn't extend much beyond the characters' names & a few brief appearances by characters named Falstaff and Poins. Really this book is about a gay, drug-addled young scion of the impoverished aristocracy (Hal) & his relationship with his abusive father (Henry). If you're interested in that sort of thing, Edward St Aubyn's Patrick Melrose novels would probably be a better bet.
