Was really loving this until maybe the last 1/5 where it derailed a little for me. The first 4/5 reminded of me a Sophie Kinsella novel—funny and tender. But as it went on, got a bit less funny and took her a bit too long to catch on to what she’d found. Definitely made me want to visit the channel islands!
