I loved this book so much. It felt fast paced with the suspense of the story but the characters were where the story really shined. Joan was such an interesting character and I really enjoyed her relationships, especially with sweet Frances. The ending had me so emotional, I would have loved even more of the story. Definitely one of my top reads this year.
