one thing i absolutely despise with mystery books is when the killer is some random person

regardless of that, i thought the book was pretty good. i thought it was beautifully written with extreme details in places i didn’t used to think details were needed. especially with the mom and how she was written. certain things about her were so specific and i just absolutely loved reading it. i will say tho that the main character made me a lil bit annoyed. but overall i really enjoyed reading the book. and i was able to finish it quick in one sitting which is always nice !
