I liked the idea of B being able to bake emotion into her treats. I think there’s a movie like that...Waitress? Like Water for Chocolate has a similar theme.
I felt like the story went on for quite a while but that could have been me. It felt unnecessary to follow some of the character’s story arcs (Captain Z to be specific).
I listened to this book and I really enjoyed the little musical interludes.
So, it was good but I wouldn’t be seeking sequels if they existed.
