This was an experience. I mean that in the best way though. I was not quite sure what to expect from this manga.
I do love how the nature is shown in this manga, it looks realistic and actually makes me respect Noda a lot of it. Sometimes when I see animals in manga it feels too....uwu. if you catch my meaning haha.
I can also tell that Noda put a lot of work into this piece from the historical stand point and showing Ainu culture. I don't get to see that in a lot of Japanese media so I'm excited to explore this further.
