Enchantment: The Life of Audrey Hepburn by Donald Spoto

3.0

I learned a lot about Audrey Hepburn in "Enchantment." I was particularly fascinated by how she felt about acting and that she basically felt it was a means to an end. She's so iconic, but she just wanted to be a mother and then work with charities later. It was interesting to hear about the filming of these movies and which ones were kind of a disaster. For a biography, the author snuck a bit too much of their opinion about some of the movies in. Overall an interesting read, and I want to check out a couple of the movies I haven't watched now.
