Courtney Gould... thank you. I had very high expectations for this book, and it somehow managed to exceed them. It is everything I love about the horror genre and it showcases the depth that a horror story can truly take on. The rollercoaster of emotions I felt reading this book has marked me and I'm probably going to be thinking about it incessantly for the next few months. The characters, the emotions, the metaphors, the imagery... I absolutely love this book and I need everyone to read it right now.
