I found this book a really good cosy Christmas mystery but it was just quite boring. The middle made me so interested as nothing was really going on and then when Daphne figured out the murderer I thought it happens way to fast and didn’t last long enough. The person who was the murderer had about 2 scenes in the book before they were figures out and I didn’t see it coming but I just felt like it should have been a character more involved. The murder was well written and the story behind it was okay but it wasn’t anything scandalous or surprising for me. Some points did surprise me and I was sometimes shocked. A lot of the characters annoyed me too because they were just stupid.
