Cream of the Crop by Alice Clayton

There were some great moments here, but overall, I feel like this book could have used another round of editing. It just didn't feel pulled together. The playlist/soundtrack trope just disappeared at some point. I don't get why the main character's best friends didn't know about her past trauma despite their years-long friendship, but she spills her heart out to two random guys. I don't know what was going on with the cheese in the fancy store. I feel like the cheese maker gets to decide where he sells his cheese. There were just too many bits and pieces that didn't make sense.
I just remembered there was a reference to the gay lifestyle. Seemed really dated and took me out of the story for a second.
