Finally after last month reading this, here's my review on the second made men series. I loathe taking pictures for my book posts bc i'm not that good at photography but i love giving reviews.

I've read the reviews and i'm surprised that most reviewers prefer the first and third book but this has been by far my favorite!
From the first book, Elena described how Gianna is as a person from her pov. Basically, she's this girl who marries men for their money, be it old or nearly dead. She wears outrageous clothes and has this fierce attitude which didn't make me look forward to reading this book so much. Typically, bc I had a bias pov from Elena and i thought i had Gianna figured out. However, after learning Gianna's past, current problems, family drama and her mental health i immediately loved her! She is my definition of don't judge someone until u know them in person.
I love Allister and how mysterious he is and how good he is at stalking lol and how chaotic his life has been since meeting Gianna. I love both of their chemistry, i enjoy their back to forth getting at each other's throats. When i tell u, i was cackling reading from start to finish i meant it. I basically have a few highlights saved from their fights.
What i didn't expect tho was that i preferred their emotional side instead of their 🌶 👀 bc it was so cute. Here are some of my fav parts:

1. Whenever he calls her Malyshka
2. When Gianna faced her father
3. How Gianna thought all those years, Allister left her but he didn't really.
4. Allister's frustration and protective side
5. 🚙 scene
6. The ending where they finally admitted
7. Allister's past
8. When they were neighbors and Gianna didn't knew!
Whew lots of fav scenes haha. Still hate how the men treat the women there with strong sexist styles but admire how they're ready to defend their women at any costs.
Read this book if ur into enemies-to-lovers, sassiness, obsessions, secret pasts and special agent feds.
Love the sassiness, the chaos, everything and would read again tbh! ❤️
