Hands down, this is easily my favorite book in the Children of the Fallen series!!!
I absolutely devoured the first two books, so no surprise that I loved book three.
I was also looking forward to this book the most, so I am beyond words, gobsmacked, and struggling to convey how much I loved this book.
I knew Kai's story and his dynamic with Nev would be the most intense but I was unprepared for the emotional rollercoaster that blindsided my whole body. The journey was raw, gritty, and primal but I consumed each moment ravenously. Every time I had to stop reading for work, I was so sad and craved to be back in the pages.
Kingdom of Hearts is well beyond 5 stars and is currently sitting in my top reads list for the year.
