Did not finish book. Stopped at 5%.
I hated every minute of reading this. The characters are already annoying the piss out of me and it reads terribly. It’s trying so hard to be relatable and modern and it’s just badly written.
That to be said that I might just be too old for this to enjoy it and if I was still a teenager I might enjoy it more but I think I’ll stick to New Adult reads.
Ultimately while I really had been excited to read this and still wanted to finish even though I didn’t care for it, I realized it was making me unexcited to read when I’ve just gotten back into reading again and that’s why I had to drop it.
