Minor Feelings: An Asian American Reckoning by Cathy Park Hong

challenging informative medium-paced

4.0

This was super interesting and unexpected. The first half of the book made me learn and think a lot about the Asian American experience. Hong's personal thoughts and experiences were poignant and thought-provoking. The second half dealt more with celebrities, history, and her college friends, so it felt a little disjointed to me and didn't feel as personal as the first half, but was still important and eye-opening.
