Drive Me Wild
by Melanie Harlow
Real rating is 4.5 stars. Blair is on her way to start her new life with her own rules when she ends up blowing out a tire creating a detour that lands her in Bellamy Creek waiting for her car to get fixed. Lucky for her a local mechanic, Griffin, sees the accident with his friends and takes her care of her car. Something about Blair brings out the protective streak in Griffin and with her being stranded he decides to let her stay at his place. For one night only. Except Blair isn't who Griffin originally pegged her as. She's smart, has big plans for her future, and is generally a happy person. Griffin is stubborn, set in his ways and sometimes grumpy. The two bring out the best in each other and sparks fly the more time they spend together. Will Blair stay in Bellamy Creek or will she continue on her adventure of Life? Will Griffin finally let a woman into his heart?
This was a great small town romantic comedy. The main characters are flawed and don't try to hide them, they know what they want. The side characters come to life as you read between Griffin and Blair's point of view and want to know their stories too. This is not the first book I've read by Melanie and won't be my last. If you are looking for a fun. light read that will make you laugh and swoon then pick this book up!!
