This is an awful, terrible , and inconsequential true crime book.

What you will get
An on the noise branding for a long winded retired cop who wants to paint himself like Dirty Harry
A disturbing insight into the prejudices of the police
A confirmation that police are better than heroin dealers but not good people.
A confirmation that police are racist who idolizes god country and fuck everyone else.
There are crimes committed by white collar and “distinguished” people of society. Kenda was surprised that a person who went to church and had a job committed a violent crime. Kenda is why so many kids are assaulted in Boy Scouts and the church — they aren’t even looking at them!
He brags about using violence requiring tax funded facial surgery. He attacks people for going to the bar while talking about drinking with his friends. He is a disgusting human.
He was more interested in coming off as a boomer tough as nails , no nonsense cop.
Instead he is a boomer and other huge traumatic issues, racist and classist views, who terrorized his family and friends.
I hate this guy and I learned very little about how detective work exhibits itself .
I was sad to read about the gross thoughts and behaviors existing in our police force. I was really sad to see how murder happens - there’s no real reason behind it. Tragic really
