White suburban housewife with no confidence lets herself be bullied by her unloving husband  and neighbor(s) into believing their new shady neighbor is not a murderer (vampire) who targets children’s…thighs. Meanwhile her son might be a sociopath who loves hitler?
DNF at 60% because this was too slow of a read with not enough southern horror or even! Any! Vampire! Anything! It almost reads like “cozy” horror by Rachel Harrison, so if that’s your vibe than you’ll like this more than me.
