4.5 ⭐️Hail Mary is the final book of the Red Zone Rivals series. This one definitely brought more feels and angst than the others, and I was all for it! After getting to know Mary a bit in Quarterback Sneak, I was not sure how much I would relate/ enjoy her character, but her character growth was outstanding and the emphasis on the friendships she’s made after a not so great HS experience made it all the better. Leo was everything you look for in a book boyfriend, especially because he fell first and wanted to prove to Mary he was not the person people make him out to be. I was routing for him from the first page and the slow burn paid off. The epilogue was also a great closure to the entire series with glimpses into each of the couples’ lives.
