The Other Miss Bridgerton by Julia Quinn

4.0

Love the Beauty and the Beast trope. I appreciate that Julia Quinn can write a lead character that is endearing and not annoying. Andrew of course is the perfect mix of mystery, manliness, and romance (dreamy). The story finally gets some action near the end, but the whole book is riddled with delicious moments between Poppy and Andrew to keep the reader engaged. I felt that Poppy was a little too funny and smart (but who am I to ridicule) to be too relatable, but it was absolutely brilliant to demonstrate at the end that her main characteristic is strength.
