The premise is that Israel will sell weaponry to any country that will buy it--regardless of that country's actions on human rights or its being antisemitic-- as a means of keeping its economy strong (much like US). Another redcurrant idea is that said weaponry is marketed as "battle tested" because it has been used against Palestinians. Another goal is to encourage other countries to be as ethnonationalistic as Israel. Chapters follow on missiles, drones, border management, phone hacking.Besides listing countries that purchase, there is discussion of the behavior of some of those countries. When those details are not discussed, it sometimes reads like a string of notecards.
