As someone who struggles with eating and ADHD, this book was a delight to read! I genuinely learned SO MUCH reading this book I immediately pre-ordered it so that I can re-read when it's published next week. I myself am a Takeout Queen and it was so validating to see that it wasn't just in my head that I didn't like cooking and I found actionable tips to help me out.
