Finished this book a while ago but forgot to log it.
Honestly, this was one of the best books in both series. Although Sera’s self awareness is a bit spotty, I love her as a character.
I was dreading the ending because of what we know from the blood and ash series and I’m so glad/surprised with how it was written. It was very bittersweet but I’m really relieved I didn’t have to actually read the horrors they go through in the space between the series (is there going to be another series covering all that? Maybe)
Much better series than blood and ash for me, but I’m definitely excited to see where that series is going to go.
