Was so ready to give this 1 star because it romanticises abuse cycles so much to begin with, but the ending just got me!!! I can understand the comparisons to American Psycho now. 

But still only two stars due to the cringey use of geordie dialect and use of texts and blog posts as dialogue as if it’s 2008.

Loved the unreliable narration though.
