Alright this is gunna have some spoilers, so fair warning. It’s also gunna be chaotic thoughts cuz my brain is too tired to make it make sense, best of luck lol.

- I fucking LOVE Ryder. He’s such a raging asshole but the tension with him is so perfect.
- The deal between Ryder and Dante was hilarious. Buncha idiots lol.
- Dante is growing on me. The whole Magic Mike thing actually had me cackling and I really like his family dynamic. The last few chapters with what went down in the club were SO good and I’m eating up this conflict between him and Ryder.
- Strawberry ice cream. YES FUCKING PLEASE!!
- Ryder’s confession from when he was little… my God. He gets a free pass forever.
- Gabriel…. He’s annoying me a little bit. Homeboy’s giving me whiplash and I ain’t here for it lol.
- The Die Hard reference makes me love the Twisted Sisters even more lol.
- Leon…. I guess he can stay. He’s definitely the comedic relief and I will acquiesce that he is needed in this dynamic. Alright fine, I’m really starting to like him and I didn’t think I was going to lol.
- Roary, Roary, Roary… I cannot fucking wait to get to Darkmore Pen just to read more about this man lol.
- Ryder’s tattoo… damn it.
- Cindy Lou Who… bitch please. Fuck, I hate her lol.
- The way that Elise is showing both Dante AND Ryder that they’re more than their gangs is my favourite. I fucking LOVE how she’s treating them both equally and neither of them can say a damn thing about it cuz they know she’s right lol.

All in all, this series as whole is just kind of slow for me. The last few chapters were where things started to pick up and piqued my interest again. I just need it move along already and develop some more, like we’re getting there but it’s at a fucking snails pace lol. Definitely still recommend, just maybe brace yourself for the length of it?
