Oooooooh my god I need the second book IMMEDIATELY!
I went into this book with no expectations and immediately had my mind BLOWN. The world building was incredible, the tension, plot twists, and character relation ships were outstanding.
The characters themselves were the best part. Gabe was such a complicated character and his relationship with Lore was so chest achingly frustrating and addictive I need more STAT.
The plot and world were also so addictive. Both enchanting and creepy all in one swoop.
This book was an easy 4.5 stars and reignited my love for fantasy. I’ll be in the edge of my seat until book 2, cause that ending???? Oh my GOOOOOODDD!!!!!
