Did not finish book. Stopped at 42%.
Slow, boring and trying too hard. Ten hours in and no change. I only made it so far as it was an audiobook and I really wanted to like it but... It just wasn't enjoyable. Life's too short.

Very graphic sex, murder, abuse and more. Not recommended.
