- ⭐️⭐️⭐️🌶️
- Gothic. Dark. Chilling. So much fall vibes.
- A dark voice is always in elspeths mind. The nightmare she calls it. It helps her.
- There are these cards. They remind me of tarot cards that give the holder of them the magical ability of what’s on the card.
- The nightmare voice reminds me of dragons speaking with the riders
- Lots of found family.
- The first two parts were confusing to me, the magic system in place with cards took awhile for my brain to understand.
- The ending was so good. Already placed a hold for the second book. Ends on a cliffhanger
