I loved this book! The depiction of a kid being afraid of growing up was refreshing to me. I guess growing up I was taught to just take things as they come, and this brought back some apprehension I felt before. I'd recommend this to parents who are looking to get a glimpse of what growing up/growing old is like from the eyes of a child, to kids as part of learning about growing up, and to 30-somethings like me who may need reassurance that growing old isn't so bad after all.
