🌶🌶
Storyline: ⭐️⭐️⭐️.5 - lacked depth
Pace: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Bit slow
Writing: ⭐️⭐️⭐️.7
Characters: ⭐️⭐️⭐️.7 - Loved the MMC but FMC was a bit annoying
Overall:
Well, this is a bunch of family drama and heart achromatic.
When Raven's sister Hannah doesn't rock up to marry Ares, Hannahs arranged fiance of 5 years, Raven is forced to take her place. Raven has been in love with Eris even before his engagement to her sister Hannah. It isn't long until Hannah realises the mistake and tries every way possible to manipulate Ares back into her arms.
⚠️ Minor Spoilers ahead
What I loved:
The fact the MMC wasn't your typical AH and supported the FMC 100%. This was a great example of what men should be like. It's was refreshing to have him be so supportive.
What I wasn't a fan of:
ait was super slow and could do with less pages. The FMC lack of self esteem was a little frustrating, and she came across a bit pathetic and annoying at times.
Overall:
I gave it extra stars for the MMC deviating from the normal AH husband trope.
