Year of the Chameleon by Shannon Mayer

5.0

Nothing short of amazing

It never ceases to amaze me, Shannon is adept at everything she writes, whether young adult, urban fantasy, or paranormal fiction, and this book simply proves it.
Where this series started as a co-op book between her and her author friend KF Breene, Shannon took up the mantle in its entirety with this book and it’s the best book of the series yet!!
I love the group dynamic, I love even more that this dynamic could make or break Wild, everyone is important I’m their own way, a rag tag band of misfits. Colt’s introduction to the group this book was epic and I hope we haven’t seen the last of him. In this book the crew takes on the House of Wonder after a series of attacks leaves everyone shacking up there. As usual you don’t know who to trust crew and professors alike.
This book ended far too quickly for me and I can’t wait for the next to come out.
