A Floridian crime story where four young adults make a plan to rob a local gang and start new lives for themselves. Of course, nothing goes to plan. Unfortunately, each of the characters gets only one two personality traits:
A woman who is good at baseball and loves her grandmother.
A man who loves his brother and has a speech impediment.
A man who is flirtatious, and ... has only one personality trait.
And a man who saw Raiders Of The Lost Ark once, and has a secret.
The story unfolds quickly, and expectedly. And gets wrapped up in a predictable little bow at the end.
If you like easy-to-read, self-contained crime stories that aren't saturated with whiteness, then this might be just what you're looking for.
