I haven’t read YA since I was in high school and I normally don’t grab fantasy because it can get too complex for my pea brain at times but THIS 👏 WAS 👏 IT 👏
Amazing world building (I liked how it was contemporary YA, so set in the present and incorporated magic and King Arthur legends), badass main character, diverse supporting characters, and discusses topics like grief, race, gender, family, generational trauma, and social classes in such a thoughtful way. Can’t wait to see where this series goes!!
