“It is hard to explain the savagery of hope.”
I probably would’ve like this a little more if I read a physical copy instead of listening to an audio book. It was interesting to see Oak all grown up and learn more about Wren, but I found the pacing to be slow until the end and I was constantly comparing it to The Cruel Prince. I did enjoy Oak and Wren’s relationship and I liked the cliffhanger at the end.
