A great light novel where Aria navigates the treacherous waters of high society and politics. Aria is not a tragic damsel in distress nor is she a hero fighting for the greater good. She is a self interested woman, who displays impressive amounts of intelligence and manipulation. I was quickly consumed by her charm as she fought for her independence.
The main part of the book was Aria's vengeance with a light theme of romance and some delightfully dark twists. My only criticism are that I wanted MORE romance!!!

Aria carries the dark stigma of being a prostitute's daughter earning great ire from the nobles including her sister Millie. This eventually leads to Millie framing and beheading her. But a mysterious hourglass saves Aria by pulling her back in time to her fourteen year old self. With this second chance at life Aria is determined to be the one doing the beheading this time. Gathering intelligence and wealth Aria prepares for her the day she will collect her vengeance. Aria is a thoroughly jaded wicked woman, but on her dark quest she finds new parts of herself. She finds that she can feel genuine compassion and love for her allies and friends. Admist this she meets the mysterious Asher, who is not apart of her previous life, but somehow keeps showing up in her new one.

If you want to pick up from the manwha chapter 45 I would say to go right to chapter 120.
