Station Eleven by Emily St. John Mandel

4.0

Until reading this book I wasn't sure that I was a fan of the type of meandering stories station eleven examplifies. It was a nice surprise to learn I was.
This was an engaging read, and a powerful one: reading it two years into a pandemic hits home. The way the author describes things like supply chain disruption is so familiar it could make you think the book was written last year.
In the end however I remained a little disappointed is the way the story ends. I would still recommend!
