The Sweetest Oblivion by Danielle Lori

5.0

What a great stand alone book! I was looking for a book to read that was dramatic and romantic but wasn't going to drag on for a whole series and this book delivered. It was spicy and romantic with a lot of good characters in it and was finished over a few days on a trip.

The only part that I didn't like was that sometimes it swapped perspectives just to go over the same part of the plot we just read from the other perspective. It didn't happen too often but it was a bit repetitive when it did. I pretty much loved everything else about this book though.

I really liked that the quotes at the start of the chapters, they fit in well.

Honestly, I don't need to say a lot because it was an amazing stand alone book with great characters, a great plot that was nicely wrapped up at the end and some beyond brilliant romance (and smut…)

I recommend this book to anyone who likes romance books in the YA category. It was well worth the read.
