An Ordinary Man: An Autobiography by Paul Rusesabagina, Tom Zoellner

dark emotional informative inspiring sad tense slow-paced

2.0

I hate biographies and autobiographies. i don’t care how cool your story is, once you tell me it’s true i immediately lose interest. and i feel awful about it because this man is all inspirational and shit but i just can’t enjoy the book. there are so well written lines and his perspective is really interesting and i’ll definitely watch the movie because his story is really cool, i just did not enjoy the book. it could also be because it was assigned to me, once you tell me i have to read something i suddenly do not want to read it but whatever.
