The Girls' Guide to Hunting and Fishing by Melissa Bank

3.0

Meh. 2.5 stars; better than the Shopaholic series, but not by much.

While I think many women can identify with some of protagonist Jane's disastrous relationships with men, the chunk of the novel where she is involved with Archie didn't sit well with me. The author never makes it clear why Jane finds him so compelling.

I'm sure I would have liked this book more had I read it when it was first published in 1999, but thankfully I've grown since then.
