Batman: Dead White by John Shirley

2.0

In my world, Batman is like pizza... even when its bad it's pretty good. In this case, the book being about Batman was pretty much the only redeeming quality. There was a good story underneath the hackneyed writing, but the author didn't bother to develop it, instead introducing supporting character after supporting character to throw at Batman. Still, it was Batman, so I read it and enjoyed what I could. I hope to find a better novel featuring the Caped Crusader because this was not up to par.
