I enjoyed this book! I appreciated how much love and care was put into the book's world of mixology. It's a cozy mystery, with some fun romance, and a whole lot of booze. I really liked Pepper. She was an interesting character and I was rooting for her from beginning to end. Neil was a good match with her and I liked their chemistry.
It got wacky in the second half for me, not sure I liked that, but overall I still very much enjoyed the book and I will totally read more from the series. It leaves me yearning for a tasty cocktail~
