What. A. Journey.
This has to be hands down my favorite series yet! For someone who doesn't read fantasy novels, this series has definitely risen my standards. You can feel the bond between Desmond and Callypso, using each other to further develop their characters. The world building when it came to the Otherworld was absolutely magical. Besides the spicy and gentle romance and the emotional turmoil that it induces, the exciting adventure that comes along with it, is something I highly, HIGHLY recommend.
