i was excited for this more than any light novels i had yet to read; but i can't measure my disappointment after finishing it.
the title was really interesting and better than other LNs. i just didn't expect that an LN so widely loved have a corny writing style. i don't know if it's the author or the translator, but i just can't take the prose. it was more telling than showing, and it gave me the impression that the author only wrote it for it to be animated. there's no interesting characters for me and i couldn't care less for the plot. this is basically just an interesting title, pretty art, and a wasted concept.
