I read the digital version of “In the Event of Love”, and rate this 3 out of 5 stars. This was a fun WLW romantic comedy with the main character doing some major character development during the story. There are one or two diverse characters scattered throughout the book, perhaps more as an afterthought than intentional. The storyline of moving away from home and attempting to find self outside of the place that made you is relatable and well-done.
